3. Components 🃏
- Role cards (hidden, Sheriff is revealed)

4. Gameplay Flow 🔄
1️⃣ Setup
- Deal 1 role card to each player (Sheriff is revealed)
- Assign character card and HP
- Draw 2 cards per player
2️⃣ On Your Turn
- Draw 2 cards
- Play as many cards as you want (only 1 Bang! unless ability says otherwise)
- Discard down to HP limit
3️⃣ Key Card Types
- Bang! – Shoot a player within range 🔫
- Missed! – Block a Bang! 🛡️
- Beer – Heal 1 HP 🍺
- Weapons – Increase shooting range
- Specials – Duel, Jail, Dynamite, etc.
5. Win Conditions 🏁
- Sheriff dies → Outlaws or Renegade win
- All Outlaws + Renegade eliminated → Sheriff team wins
- Renegade alone alive → Renegade wins
